IMPORTANT: By accessing or using any part of the i1scr platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the i1scr platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "Player") and i1scr ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the i1scr online gaming platform accessible at i1scr.asia.
Your use of the i1scr platform — including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus claims, and withdrawals — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These supplementary documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of i1scr.
i1scr reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details on their account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Access to and use of the i1scr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:
Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or jurisdiction to gain access to the i1scr platform constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Account Registration & KYC
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the i1scr platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your i1scr account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
3.2 KYC Verification
i1scr is required under its international gaming authority licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may additionally require proof of address and source of funds documentation. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. i1scr reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your i1scr account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify i1scr immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. i1scr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as you notify i1scr of any unauthorised access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
i1scr accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. i1scr does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the specific payment method's capabilities. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. i1scr targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page; however, processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines, which are outside i1scr's direct control.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
i1scr operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") requirements as mandated by its international gaming authority licence. i1scr reserves the right to request source of funds documentation from any Member at any time, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending receipt and review of such documentation. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The i1scr platform processes withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost for fully KYC-verified Members with an average processing time of under eight minutes. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and cashback offers made available on the i1scr platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer ("Offer Terms"). Offer Terms are published alongside each promotion and supplement this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between Offer Terms and this Agreement, the Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New i1scr Members are eligible for the platform's welcome bonus offer, subject to the Welcome Bonus Offer Terms published on the i1scr Bonus Welcome page. The welcome bonus is available on a Member's first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed retroactively.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the i1scr platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. Random number generators ("RNGs") used in non-live games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by professionally trained dealers under independent audit.
Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. i1scr does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical access to modify RNG results in operational games.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, i1scr reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the Member. Game results that have been correctly settled based on the game system's output will not be reversed due to subsequent player disputes about outcome expectations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i1scr platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any other remedies available to i1scr:

Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, the exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration specified at the time of the request. i1scr will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded Member from opening new accounts.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please use i1scr's self-exclusion tools and seek help from a qualified support organisation. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income. 21+ only.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the i1scr platform — including but not limited to the i1scr brand name and logo, website design, software, game content (where licensed from providers), text, graphics, and data — is the property of i1scr or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i1scr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial use of any platform content. Any unauthorised use of i1scr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i1scr and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the i1scr platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if i1scr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
i1scr's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i1scr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and telecommunications failures are outside i1scr's control and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.
11. Termination
i1scr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
In the event of account termination for cause (including but not limited to violations of Section 7), i1scr reserves the right to void all pending and historical bonus credits and to forfeit any account balance that originated from prohibited conduct. Balances arising from legitimate deposits not subject to forfeit will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC.
Members may close their i1scr account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any funds in the account wallet at the time of closure will be returned via the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding wager obligations.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i1scr holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with i1scr's customer support team shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process administered by i1scr's licensing authority.
Members agree to exhaust i1scr's internal dispute resolution process before initiating any external legal or regulatory complaint. i1scr will respond to all formal disputes submitted in writing to the support team within ten (10) business days.
13. Amendments to Terms
i1scr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Members via a notice on the platform homepage and, for material changes, via direct notification to the email address registered on the Member's account, no less than seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the i1scr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
